Disappointing Brothers Burger Makati

Brothers Burger has been the best burger I have tasted.  That was when I was in Alabang and had a chance to dine at their Westgate branch.  The burger patty was tender and actually had juice when you bite on it.  The vegetables were fresh and the bread was soft.
I was actually referring Brothers burger to my friends and other people when it comes to great tasting burger.

And then this year I tried Brothers burger in Ayala Makati and expecting the same quality and experience I had in their Alabang branch.
So my colleagues and I finally ordered the half-pounder and waited.
When I got called, I went up and get my order.

First impression was not good.
The burger looked as if it was compressed.  The patty looked dried and overcooked.
The vegetable actually had brown edges which meant they're not fresh.
When I held it, disappointment again as it was not warm.  It's as if it was already prepared yesterday and nobody ordered so they sold it that day.

Taking a bite out of it, another big disappointment.
It looked dry enough but it tasted worse.  It wasn't juicy.  The bread was like one day old in an open space (like when you buy bread in a bakery and leave it for a day).
The patty tastes like a burger made by someone who doesnt know how to cook.
No one in our group liked anything we ate.

It's so disappointing that burgers of McDonalds and Jollibee would actually taste better than what they served us.

But this doesn't mean I won't eat a Brothers burger again.  Nope, not likely.
I'd still have one on their Alabang branch but never again in Makati.

I hope the owners of Brothers are checking their branches every month (at least) and make sure they deliver the same quality as they intended.
